Dorayaki is a Japanese pastry. In Japanese, dora means ''gong'' and yaki ''cooked''.
This consists of two pancakes and a filling made from red bean paste called "Anko" (sweet red bean).
You will understand, Dorayaki is appreciated by all Japanese, young and old. It is therefore natural to find it everywhere in Japanese popular culture.
Ingredients : sugar, chicken eggs, kidney beans, flour, syrup, margarine, honey, vegetable oil, egg yolk oil, salt, agar-agar, bulking agent, emulsifier (derived from soybeans), fragrance (derived from milk).
Allergens : egg, lactose, wheat, soy.
